William E. Linville

Executive Vice President, Midwest Region

As Executive Vice President, Midwest Region for Duke Realty Corporation, Bill Linville is responsible for operations of more than 40 million square feet of the Company's office and industrial portfolio.

Bill joined Duke in 1987 to run its Indiana Industrial Group. From 1994 to 2000, Bill led Duke's Midwest Industrial expansion. His group completed 25 million square feet of development and 20 million square feet of acquisitions. Under his leadership, the Company increased its presence from three markets to seven across the Midwest, and grew the total portfolio by 500%.

In 2001, his responsibilities were expanded to include office product in addition to industrial. His team has completed approximately $300 million of third-party construction build-to-suits across the country and has developed nearly 50 parks across the Midwest.

He resides with his wife and two sons in Indianapolis, where he serves on a number of Boards and is involved in church and community activities.
