Richard G. Phillips

Director of Operations, Transportation Management

Rich has a wide variety of management experiences in both Fort Wayne and Field Operations as well as in Sales and Business Development. Rich has budgetary, organizational development, customer satisfaction and process improvement responsibility in both the operational positions and business development positions he has held. He is customer focused, process oriented and well versed in ISO 9000 Quality Systems. He began his career with Sirva Logistics in 2002.

Before joining the NAL team, Richard served most recently as Director of Transportation Management for Ryder Systems, Inc., a $2.5 billion Transportation and Logistics Company.  Prior to that, he spent 10 years with the Fed-Ex Logistics and Akron Storage and Logistics in numerous positions.

Rich has his Bachelor of Science Degree from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA with a double major in Marketing and Management.
